Ji Sung's new show! I have only checked out the first episode and while it wasn't exactly a home run right off the bat I did find it interesting enough to keep following it for now.
First impression to follow sometime next week.
I am a bit ashamed to admit that while I was a tad bit confused by the ending...but didn't have the desire to waste brain cells to figure it out. Thanks to Rain's hilarious acting, I stuck with Please Come Back, Mister and was pleasantly surprised by the good acting from all the casts so much so that I find myself forgiving the writer of all the giant plot holes.

I generally ignores Taiwanese Daily but this one caught my eye because Roy Chiu is in it. Haven't had a chance to check it out yet but planning to do so soon.
Qi Wei's new C-drama in the well know Du La La franchise. Dramas with Du La La's name on it is usually about the heroine's struggle both in love and her work life, however in this particular show our heroine will start the show married already...at least until the second leads show up.
A fantasy drama set in ancient China. I had some hope that this one would have enough wacky charm to keep me watching...but I gave up after episode 2.
A story about the hilarious romance of a middle aged hotel corporate CEO who finally falls in love for the first time but is clueless when it comes to the art of pursuing women.
Kinda of a predicable beauty and the beast sort of story but it's surprisingly funny and engaging.

Boy, it has been a long time since I watched a Matsumoto Jun drama. I don't have the best record when it comes to watching J-criminal drama from beginning to end so I am not harboring a lot of hope for this one. However, episode one was intriguing enough that I will probably at least check out the next episode as well.
Synopsis: Matsumoto Jun plays a brilliant lawyer that tries to find the 0.01% of chance to prove his client's innocence despite the fact that Japan has 99.9% of conviction rate. 
Happy Home (Korean Drama)
I am LOVING this show. Lee Sang Woo's character in this one is so awesome! Mama Ninja follows this one as well...sort of...she only watches the two main characters' story and skip over everyone else's. I actually find the secondary characters' story pretty interesting as well so don't go copying my mom or you will miss some good stuff.

There are so many J-romances lately I don't even know what to do! Fujiki Naohito is the hero in this one and he plays a chef owner of a restaurant that moonlights as a love trainer for our 39 year old heroine who is trying to capture the heart of her high school crush.

Last Cinderella (2013, 11 episodes)
With Fujiki Naohito on my mind lately, I decided to spot light his 2013 drama with Shinohara Ryoko and Miura Haruma.
Last Cinderella follows the romance of a 39 year old woman (J-drama sure like the number 39) who has a noona romance with a much younger man.
Unfortunately, Fujiki Naohito is not the hero in this one but plays the male second lead who is the heroine's manager at the hair salon.
I would rate this particular show a 5.5/10. Maybe I have too much cynicism in me but the heroine's noona romance just didn't fell quite realistic enough for me to go with it. However, I did find the show enjoyable overall and worthy to check out if you like a good sexy noona romance.
